The Learning Center Daycare provides education and training for our staff that leads to personal growth and development in their work. All employees work is valued and each individual is an important part of the team as a whole. Together we build a unique TLC family working together to give your child the best care possible.

Our employees are dedicated professionals committed to the mission and values of our organization. All staff meet or exceed the education required by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Family Services and are required to enhance their education in early childhood development through attendance at credit courses, conferences, and workshops.

All staff’s backgrounds are checked through the Department of Justice and a fingerprint background check is conducted through the FBI to ensure your precious little ones are in great hands.
